Our Pork Tenderloin is stuffed with leek and stilton sausage meat then platted with our own "prize winning" streaky bacon. A great centerpiece and tastes great even cold in a sandwich.
*COOKING* when fresh / defrosted we recommend that this product be cooked as an open roast for approximately 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
