Beef

At New Close Farm we raise pedigree Traditional Herefords and Dexters, both hardy traditional breeds which do well on our high ground above Lathkil Dale. Slow maturing and all being finished on grass ensures the meat is packed full of flavour. We hang all our beef for a minimum of four weeks - more if needed: if it is not ready we will not sell it to you!
