Made using chuck steak off the fore quarter. This cut is perfect for pies as it has a nice loose grain and breaks down easily. The kidney gives it a great additional flavour.

Our pies can be eaten cold or warmed through until piping hot.
Pre heat oven to 180°C/GM 4 for approx 30 mins.
