The perfect cut for slow roasting. It requires a nice low heat for a fairly long time but it will be well worth the wait! When cooked it will just pull apart off the bone enabling you to have pulled pork sandwiches with BBQ sauce or a more traditional apple sauce and stuffing filling. Fantastic flavour and easy to cook!
