Our bacon is dry cured without the rind on. Losing only 10% of its moisture in the curing process concentrates the flavour (cheap bacon contains up to 30% water giving ours a 40% price advantage).
Ideal for your bacon sandwich in the morning and is best fried or grilled.
You will taste and smell the difference!
There are six rashers in a 200g pack.
