This individual portion come frozen and takes about 45- 50 mins to cook in the oven at 190°C or Gas Mark 5.

Ingredients:- Beef 20%, chopped tomatoes (tomato juice, acidity regulator (citric acid)), milk, carrot, onion, margarine [vegetable oils (palm, Rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier:polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; colours:curcumin, annatto; flavouring],brown sugar, garlic, beef stock cubes (salt, maize starch, plain caramel, yeast extract, sugar, palm oil, maltodexin, hydrolysed soya protein, beef extract, natural flavourings), wheat flour, oragano, basil, nutmeg
