Our beef braising steak is cut from the forequarter of the animal. It is predominately 'top rump' or LMC. The grain tends to be slightly tighter therefore holding together better as a 'steak'. Fantastic flavour and perfect for casseroles or just leaving in your slow cooker to come home to during the winter months.
