The chicken Hartington is a 6 - 7oz chicken breast with a pocket filled with chunks of Hartington blue cheese. The breast is then wrapped twice with our own dry cured streaky bacon to hold it all in place.
The breast will come in a special heat resistant tray which allows it to go in the oven then rinsed and recycled.

HOW TO COOK: Pre heat your oven to 180'C and place the chicken in the oven and cook for 30 - 35 minutes.
