Update 3 November 2020

Our farm shop in Bakewell and our outlet in Denby Pottery Village remain open during the second lockdown. We continue to make all the necessary adjustments to ensure our customers feel safe when they shop with us. This includes:

• Only allowing 2 customers at a time inside the Bakewell shop to help maintain 2m social distancing
• Having hand sanitiser available by the door for customer use
• Taking payment via contactless card wherever possible
• Installing Perspex screens (shortly) - in the meantime staff are using PPE face shields
• Asking customers to queue outside on the pavement at least 2m apart
• Maintaining our stringent hygiene protocols with increased focus on high traffic areas
• Leaving the main doors open, weather permitting, to avoid key transmission points
• Displaying safety guidance posters around the shop explaining all new measures

For the time being our outlet in Denby Shopping Village has reduced opening hours: 10am to 4pm, 7 days per week.
